RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)

If you experience an issue with your product and need to return it for inspection, repair, or replacement, please complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process before sending anything to our service center.

Please do not ship any product without a valid RMA number.

How the RMA Process Works

  1. Complete the RMA Request Form. Fill in all required fields below. The more detail you provide, the faster we can process your request.
  2. Wait for RMA approval. Our team will review your request, assign an RMA number, and e-mail you shipping instructions.
  3. Ship your product. Pack the product securely, clearly mark the RMA number on the box, and use a trackable shipping method.
  4. Evaluation, repair, or replacement. Our technicians will test the product and proceed with warranty or non-warranty service.

Warranty vs. Non-Warranty Service

After your product arrives at our service center, our technicians will evaluate it based on the information you provided. If the issue is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the product at no charge and return it to you. If the issue is not covered under warranty, we will contact you with service options and a cost estimate before proceeding.

Warranty repairs do not extend or restart the original warranty period.


What Is Not Covered

RMA credit, exchange, or free warranty repair cannot be offered for:

  • Products that have been modified, abused, neglected, or misused.
  • Damage due to normal wear and tear, improper mounting, host weapon recoil, or ammunition issues.
  • Products opened, disassembled, or repaired by anyone other than an authorized service center.
  • Damage from failing to follow the product manual, including improper storage or maintenance.
  • Damage caused by impact, fire, lightning, flooding, accidents, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.


Shipping & Packaging Guidelines

  • Ship products in original packaging or in a sturdy box with sufficient padding.
  • Include only accessories related to the issue, unless otherwise instructed by our support team.
  • Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton.
  • Use a trackable, insured shipping method. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
